rld class ready to eat food stuffs like Potato Chips and Extruded Namkeens (balls, rings, puffs, triangle) under its own registered brand of ‘Zing’, ‘Krunch’, ‘Mamooz’, ‘Tricone’, ‘Non-Stop’and ‘Krispy’. The project was imported from world renowned food machinery manufacturer with a vision for world class manufacturing facility in Guwahati to compete with MNCs operating in the segment. All major processing equipments for the project were sourced from renowned manufacturer Heat & Control, an Australia based Co. The unit has been operating at desired level with prosperous market across entire North East, Punjab, Orissa, Himachal, Uttaranchal, UP, Delhi, J & K, Andamans, Rajasthan etc. Presently, the unit is operating at its optimum capacity and has been doing exceptionally well in all the markets wherever it has entered. Some of the prosperous markets of the unit are NE Region, Bhutan, West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, Uttaranchal, Punjab, Himachal, J & K, Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, Andamans and so on. Very recently, the unit has joined hands with Pepsico India Holdings Pvt. of Fritolays (US Based giant & world leader in Potato chips & extruded namkeens) as their Co-packer for manufacturing of ‘Kurkure’ Brand Extruded namkeens at its facility. The unit is equipped with world class packaging machines for on-line packing of the products with LED controlled weighing machines and metal detectors to ensure excellent quality products & accurate measurement. A qualified R & D team is working all around to ensure hygenic & healthy product at each stage of production cycle supported by fully equipped laboratory. The unit employs nearly 120 employees directly or indirectly and have adequately qualified personnel team to handle the Production, R & D, Finance & Administration, Logistics, Sales & Marketing, Statutory Liaisons etc. The unit maintains healthy relations with the work force which is evident from the fact that there has been no lock outs in the unit over this 6 years of its existence. There is a congenial relationship between the workers & the management over these years with no trade unions so far. The unit has been rated with SME-2 by independent research agency CRISIL.
