1. Plain Naan

Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• ¼ cup warm water
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• ¾ tsp instant yeast
• ¾ tsp salt

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour, yogurt, oil, and salt. Mix and knead into a soft dough.
3. Cover and rest for 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
4. Divide into balls, roll into oval shapes.
5. Cook on a hot pan or tandoor until bubbles form and both sides are golden.
6. Brush with butter and serve hot.

2. Garlic Naan

Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• ¼ cup warm water
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• ¾ tsp instant yeast
• ¾ tsp salt
• 3–4 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
• Chopped cilantro
• Butter for brushing

Instructions
1. Prepare dough same as plain naan.
2. After resting, divide dough into balls.
3. Sprinkle garlic and cilantro on top, gently press while rolling.
4. Cook on a hot pan until puffed and golden.
5. Brush with butter before serving.

3. Cheese Naan

Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• ¼ cup warm water
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• ¾ tsp instant yeast
• ¾ tsp salt
• 1 to 1½ cups grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Instructions
1. Make and rest the dough as usual.
2. Take a dough ball, flatten slightly.
3. Add cheese in the center, seal edges, roll gently.
4. Cook on a hot pan until golden on both sides.
5. Serve hot and cheesy.

4. Keema Naan

Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• ¼ cup warm water
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• ¾ tsp instant yeast
• ¾ tsp salt

Keema Filling
• 1 cup ground meat (beef or chicken)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Salt to taste
• Chopped cilantro

Instructions
1. Cook keema filling until dry; let cool.
2. Prepare naan dough and rest.
3. Stuff dough with keema, seal and roll.
4. Cook on a hot pan until well cooked and browned.
5. Brush with butter and serve.

5. Aloo Naan

Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• ¼ cup warm water
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• ¾ tsp instant yeast
• ¾ tsp salt

Aloo Filling
• 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
• 1 green chili (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• Chopped cilantro

Instructions
1. Mix all aloo filling ingredients.
2. Prepare naan dough and rest.
3. Stuff dough with potato mixture and roll gently.
4. Cook on a hot pan until golden spots appear.
5. Brush with butter and serve hot.

6. Peshwari Naan

Ingredients
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• ¼ cup warm water
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp sugar
• ¾ tsp instant yeast
• ¾ tsp salt

Sweet Filling
• ¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds/cashews)
• 3 tbsp raisins
• 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions
1. Mix all sweet filling ingredients.
2. Prepare and rest the naan dough.
3. Stuff dough with sweet filling, seal and roll.
4. Cook on a hot pan until golden and puffed.
5. Brush with butter and serve warm.

☕ 1. Coffee Mousse

Ingredients
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 ½ tbsp instant coffee
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• ½ cup mascarpone

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix instant coffee with 1 tbsp hot water to dissolve.
2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and dissolved coffee. Continue whipping gently.
4. Fold in mascarpone until smooth and creamy.
5. Chill for 1–2 hours before serving.

☕ 2. Tiramisu

Ingredients
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 8 oz mascarpone
• 2 tbsp coffee
• 3 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
• 2 ½ tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 16 ladyfingers
• Cocoa powder

Instructions
1. Brew strong coffee and let it cool.
2. Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until thick.
3. Add mascarpone and fold gently.
4. Mix coffee with liqueur in a shallow dish.
5. Dip ladyfingers briefly into coffee—do not soak.
6. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
7. Spread half the cream mixture on top.
8. Add another layer of ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
9. Dust with cocoa powder and chill for 4+ hours.

☕ 3. Iced Coffee

Ingredients
• 1 cup cooled brewed coffee
• ½ cup milk
• 2–3 tsp sugar
• Ice cubes

Instructions
1. Brew coffee and chill it.
2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
3. Add coffee, milk, and sugar.
4. Stir well and serve cold.

☕ 4. Affogato

Ingredients
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 1 shot hot espresso

Instructions
1. Place ice cream in a small bowl or cup.
2. Pour hot espresso directly over the ice cream.
3. Serve immediately before it melts completely.

☕ 5. Coffee Cake

Ingredients
• 2 cups flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ cup melted butter
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
3. In another bowl, combine butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
5. Slowly add brewed coffee and mix until smooth.
6. Pour into a greased baking pan.
7. Bake for 25–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool before slicing.

☕ 6. Coffee Truffles

Ingredients
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp instant coffee
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 22g dark chocolate
• Cocoa powder

Instructions
1. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until warm (not boiling).
2. Add instant coffee and stir to dissolve.
3. Pour hot cream over chopped dark chocolate.
4. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture becomes smooth.
5. Chill for 1–2 hours until firm.
6. Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
7. Coat each truffle in cocoa powder.
8. Keep refrigerated until serving.
