Who knew this short trip to Haridwar would be added to the memory book as a luxury vacay. Being an ardent fan of the Oberois hospitality, the hospitality of the staff at this Taj property was a delight. The stay at the delicious buffet lay outs, the scrumptious high tea and the hospitality par excellence!
The cherry on the cake is the evening Ganga Aarti- you have your own private ghat away from the hustle bustle of the crowd ( just keeping the much dreaded ‘C’ in mind), to take the dip or not to take the dip is entirely your own choice.
Every meal has been a great one with finger licking dishes- the kadoo ki sabzi, garhwali raita, kadhai doodh including the pastas. Everything on the multi cuisine menu is purely vegetarian.

So the got the residents into a festive mood with arrangements of a dandiya night. There was music, dance, color, laughter loads of fun and some droolworthy food!
Our favorite pick from the variety of food stalls was SAM’S kitchen by
Almost all the crowd caught their grub from this much aloof, yet the best stall of the night!
