Heat oil in a pan, drop in your tadka: mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, cashew, curry leaves, and let it crackle and roast till golden. ​

Stir in 2 spoons of Swetha Telugu Foods tomato pickle, made the homemade way with no shortcuts, and let it bubble down into a rich, thick gravy. ​
