I made this salad definitely in some kind of trip because I just wanted to make a basic salad with lemon but as I started cutting the vegetables, my mind starting tripping on the flavours. And when made I literally ate the whole bowl myself, I know it was a lot but so good.
Try this simple and yummy recipe at home which can be made in just no time.
Recipe:
Makes for 2, when eaten with something else. You can increase quantities as per your appetite.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Kabuli chana
1 onion small(optional)
1 large tomato (de-seeded)
1/2 cup pineapple pieces( you can add more)
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 yellow capsicum
1/2 red capsicum
2tbsp spiced sunflower seeds
1/2 cup ragi chips - for the crunch (Both from )
2tbsp pineapple sauce with burnt capsicum(can be made at home or store bought or 2tbsp honey and lemon
1/2tbsp salt if not using pineapple sauce
Additionally you can add cucumber, mango, pomegranate, orange, grapes, argula, water chestnut, green moong sprouts, lettuce, etc.. to this salad. You can also add roasted peanuts)
Steps to make salad:
1. Boil the Kabuli chana with salt and heeng
2. Strain all the water after its boiled
3. Chop all vegetables and keep aside.
4. In a large bowl add strained Kabuli chana and add all chopped veggies along with sunflower seeds and broken ragi chips.
5. Add 2tbsp pineapple sauce or add little salt(you can use black salt also to sweat veggies), honey and lemon.
6. Enjoy the best salad ever 😍😍😍😍

I'm an absolute breakfast person and given a chance to live ny ideal life, i would probably go out and explore breakfast places everyday that serve nice english breakfast. Somehow I'm not very Desi and and so aren't my tastebuds. I quite love sweet flavours like vanilla, cinnamon and basil. I try to eat as healthy as possible since I've gained weight over these few years because of stress eating. I'm learning so much about myself and my choices and how I've transitioned in no time. You know I've have so many sudden flipsides and there has been no looking back. I'm the kind of a person who believes in reason and that somewhere deep down we need the right motivation to do the right things, and by that I mean since there is no right or wrong...something that is beneficial and keeps us healthy. So, here's one of my go to go breakfast recipes of oats which just uplifts my mood like nothing ever does.
Ingredients:
1/2 katori oats
1/3 katori ragi flakes
1/4 litre milk of choice(coconut, almond, cashew , low fat, full fat, soy)
1/2 cup water
1 banana
1 tsp coconut sugar(if banana is not sweet)
3 strawberries
1/2 tea spoon Chia seeds or sabja
1 tsp watermelon seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp muskmelon seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds

Preparation:
Mix all in order above
Soak 15 min
Enjoy delicious breakfast 😍😍😍😍

A true story telling aphrodisiac, this drink became close to my heart only at the age of 22. "Chai" as we all know it as, can really bring smiles on people's faces. So, here's my sweet little recipe for the ones you who have never made tea!!!! I used .gold for the extra extra flavour 😬😬😬☕☕☕

Romancing with food is one thing and bringing a video to the table is another. My third video is when I realised I can absolutely brand my work and create excitement among people. Though I know food pictures in the first place create excitement but it's always amazing to know the creative head behind it. Here I introduce my baby .in to you all where I would be posting so many more dishes which are real quick recipes for people who think cooking is a task and are always short of time. Trust me once you get a hang of things, you would probably want to create your own recipes with these ingredients. Until then, enjoy this yummy made with and powder by my one and only who's rich flavours will leave your mouth watering. The pan I used for these oats is the one I got only yesterday from .india and I absolutely love it!!!
