Rajma Chawal. An emotion, a feeling, an expression of love. Was brought to India from Mexico as just red kidney beans and then converted into rajma by indian women who added indian spices and lots of love into it. It is loved by almost everybody. Today, we thank all the women in the world for the food and unconditional love they give us.
