A quick and flavourful dry buffalo curry made in a pressure cooker for fast cooking and rich aroma. We sauté onions with ginger, garlic, and cumin paste, then add turmeric, Kashmiri chilli, jeera powder, and meat masala.

In goes 1 kg buffalo meat, salt, and a little ormal chilli for heat. After adding tomatoes, we cook it without water for five whistles, then check the gravy and give it a few more whistles until perfectly tender. Add a splash of water if you prefer it saucier.

A simple, comforting curry with natural ASMR cooker sounds—perfect for busy days.

Firewood Pork Curry ASMR | Cooking with Fresh Turmeric Leaves | Relaxing Night Sounds
Ingredients:
1 kg pork
2 fresh turmeric leaves
Sirarakhong chilli powder (or Kashmiri chilli powder as substitute)
Salt (to taste)
Water (as needed)
Jeera (cumin) powder
Dhania (coriander) powder
Tomatoes
Onions
Ginger–garlic paste
Oo Morok/Dalle khursani (optional, for extra heat)

Experience the calm of Firewood Pork Curry ASMR, cooked slowly with fresh turmeric leaves and accompanied by relaxing night sounds as we prepare this simple yet flavorful recipe.

This dish uses 1 kg of pork along with Sirarakhong chilli powder for its rich color and aroma. If you don’t have Sirarakhong, you can easily replace it with Kashmiri chilli powder, which gives a similar non-fiery tone.

We begin by placing the pot over the firewood flame and adding two fresh turmeric leaves. Next goes the 1 kg of pork, followed by roughly 4 tbsp of mild chilli powder. Add salt to taste, pour in water, and let it boil gently for at least one hour.

After the initial boil, we add jeera powder, coriander powder, tomatoes, onions, and ginger-garlic paste, allowing it to simmer for another hour so the flavors fully develop. For those who enjoy extra heat, we’ve added two dalle khursanis, though this step is optional.

A peaceful, slow-cooked meal paired with the soothing ambience of the night—perfect for those who love cooking, ASMR, and firewood-style recipes.
