Sawan ke aakhri Somwar ko banayein kuch zaykedar - Crispy Makhana Cutlets! 😋🌿

Roasted makhana, peanuts aur vrat-friendly ingredients se bane ye golden, crispy cutlets, Kriti Groundnut Oil mein shallow-fried - perfect for your Sawan thali! ✨

Full Recipe 👇

🥔 Ingredients:
Roasted makhana, boiled potato, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, raisins, cashews, green chilli, sendha namak, black pepper, anardana powder, cumin powder & fresh coriander.

Method:
Crush roasted makhana and peanuts. Mix with mashed potato, chopped cashews, raisins, green chilli and vrat spices. Add fresh coriander and shape into flat cutlets.

Shallow-fry in Kriti Groundnut Oil on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.

Serve hot with vrat-friendly green chutney and enjoy! 🙏

Kriti Tip: Medium heat helps bring out the perfect crunch and aroma.

Iss Sawan Somwar, vrat ke swaad mein laayein kuch hatke - Crispy Farali Aloo Khopra Patties! 😋

Bahar se golden & crispy, andar se coconut, nuts aur kishmish ki delicious stuffing ke sath jab bane Kriti Groundnut Oil mein, toh Sawan ka swaad ho jaaye aur bhi khaas. ✨

Full Recipe 👇

🥔 For the Patties:
Boiled potato, Singhara/Rajgira flour, sendha namak & green chilli.

🥥 For the Stuffing:
Fresh coconut, peanuts, cashews, raisins, green chilli & lemon juice.

Mix the outer ingredients into a soft mixture. Prepare the stuffing separately. Fill, shape and shallow-fry the patties in Kriti Groundnut Oil on medium heat until golden & crispy.

Serve hot with vrat-friendly chutney and enjoy! 🙏
