Monsoon is the hardest season to farm without synthetic chemicals.

Warm, humid weather is ideal for pests and fungal disease. The easy fix is to spray. The farms we source from do not, because every decision made during these months shapes the harvest that will feed families later in the year.

This is where clean food is actually decided. Not on a shelf. In living soil, during the months when spraying would be easiest.
