Milk is categorized in two qualities A2 and A1 types. Desi Cows gives us milk of A2 quality. It’s a milk of variety which is good for mind, body and soul. A2 milk is the natural milk, easy to digest and improves our body immunity. In past, most of our homes were enriched with desi cows and our grandparents had bliss to get best milk. This A2 quality milk had given a food with high nutrition value, great immune system, and negligible life style diseases. Milk sourced from cow variety Holstein Friesian (HF) and Jersey produce A1 type milk. This is the most common type of milk available and provided in our homes. A1 is a mutated beta-casomorphin-7, (BCM-7) protein found in HF and Jersey cow’s milk. Several studies indicate that drinking A1 milk (in childhood also) may increase the risk of type 1 diabetes in some infants, adverse immune responses, digestive disorders, Metabolic degenerative disease, heart disease, autism and respiratory dysfunction.
