As the monsoon draped Jaipur in its most beautiful hues, we gathered at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur to celebrate their specially curated Monsoon Menu with another memorable edition of The Sisters Table.

The pop-up by Conversation Room , Kolkata at The Johri was a masterclass in thoughtful mixology—bright grapefruit vinegar, delicate aromatic sprays and scents, and a refreshing twist of Chardonnay that felt made for a summer evening.

Paired with Johri’s delicious take on Indian street food, every cocktail found its perfect match. A beautiful balance of flavour, fragrance, and craftsmanship.

A pop-up we’d happily revisit.
