Born as Saurabh to a Homemaker Mother and Banker Father with middle income class roots, I thank The Almighty, My Parents, and All the traditional as well as modern values instilled in me since early days which have helped shape my formative years and carried me ably to reach this far. Schooled in erstwhile Allahabad, and graduated from Manipal as a Periodontist, it has been a long and exhilarating
journey, presenting with both excitement as well as challenges in its wake. More than two decades away from home has introduced me to various people and I thank them all to have played their part in my journey as a person. Food brings people together, unifies them, helps to unwind, smile, & feel satisfied, is therapeutic in so many ways. So, a tiny thought of working with flavors alongside the profession of Dentistry that was conceived almost a decade ago has now taken wings & metamorphosed into a fulltime passion. I now hope to propagate those flavors and memories amongst a bigger audience. My passion has taken its roots and “Inspirations” in immeasurable proportions from the extraordinary culinary expertise of my mother & it’s a humble tribute to her.
