Some mornings call for nothing complicated.

Just warm light, a quiet moment, and a little sweetness from nature. 🍯

Here’s to slower mornings and better rituals.

The best part of building something with care is seeing it arrive in the hands of people who notice it.

From the packaging to the proof inside, every detail of Truth Batch 01 was created to reflect the journey behind the honey, not just the jar itself.

Thank you for trusting us to be a part of your table. 🍯🤍

Every season leaves something behind in honey.

Spring can make honey feel lighter and floral.
Summer can bring more warmth and intensity.
Monsoon changes how honey bees move and forage.
Autumn can make forest honey feel deeper, earthier and more complex.

That is why real honey is not just one colour or one flavour.

It carries the source, the season, the landscape and the quiet work of the bees.

When nature changes, honey changes.

Rain outside. Warmth inside.

A warm cup of haldi kadha, finished with honey when it’s warm enough to sip.

One of those simple monsoon rituals we keep coming back to, slow, comforting, and just right for the season.

Not all honey is harvested at the same time. And that's exactly why no two harvests are ever truly alike.

In this conversation, Harish Ji explains how different honey harvesting seasons shape the honey we consume, from its colour and flavour to the nectar bees collect during that time.

When we begin to understand the rhythm of the seasons, we also begin to understand why real honey is never meant to be the same, all year round. 🍯🐝

The first office tasting of Truth Batch 01.

After months of talking about the forests, the bees, the testing, and the batch, the jar finally reached the table.

No script. No rehearsed reactions. Just the team tasting Himalayan Honeydew Honey for the first time.

Some moments are too special not to share.

The next harvest is expected in October.

Truth Batch 01 is sold out.

Over the last few weeks, the response to this honey has been more than we expected. From the first conversations around the batch to the jars finally going live, so many of you chose to trust the process, the proof, and the story behind it.

With only 500 numbered jars, this was always a limited seasonal batch.

Thank you for making our first batch so special.

The next batch will come only after our autumn harvest in October.

One forest.
One season.
One batch.

Truth Batch 01 comes from the Champawat Hills of the Kumaon Himalayas, shaped by Spring 2026, native Himalayan bees, and a single forest source.

This is not honey made to repeat itself.
It is honey that belongs to a place, a season, and a moment in time.

Himalayan Honeydew Honey by The Pahadi Story is now live on our website.
