The guava season has opened with a special story at the farm. What began as Hyderabadi guavas bought at Vijayawada Railway Station in 2016 — their seeds dried and planted in the spring of 2017 — has now matured into five strong years of harvest. Today, those very fruits are inspiring a new wave of experimentation. A rich guava infusion in coffee is already under trial, while fresh concepts like fruit-infused brews and mycelium-powered coffee are taking shape on the planning table. The journey continues as we gear up for the next breakthrough.
