On 15th August, we visited Sandeshkhali-II Block, Sundarbans, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, where the Full-Time Trainers (FTTs) of Gram Samriddhi Foundation conducted a live demonstration of Carbovardhak for paddy farmers practicing organic agriculture.
The conversations went beyond compost. They were about building a future where West Bengal leads India's transition to regenerative, carbon-smart farming.
At XEN Farms, Carbovardhak enriches compost, FYM, Jivamrut, vermicompost, and biogas digestate by activating carbon, nutrients, and beneficial microbes, helping farmers achieve higher productivity from Season 1, healthier soils, and residue-free, export-quality produce while reducing dependence on chemical inputs.
With policy support through initiatives like PM-PRANAM and growing momentum for sustainable agriculture, we believe the opportunity is to make regenerative farming both economically rewarding and environmentally resilient.
