The Filtering, Filling and Packing have accumulated machinery and electronic systems over the years. Supreme quality coconuts are collected from selected farmers who follow farming techniques which do not comprise the usage of harmful pesticides or Fertilizers in any form. Outer coir layer of coconut is removed and the hard shell is cracked open to make it to two pieces. Coconut shell with white fleshy matter is dried in sunlight for 5 hours and then dries using Dryer Machine to remove the water content. Dried coconut shrinks in size, curls in shape in one day and it’s separated from the hard shell. Copra is made to small pieces and crushed to extract oil.
