How sweet is an Imam Pasand mango — really? 🥭

We decided not to simply claim that our mango is sweet. We measured it.

Using a refractometer, our organic Imam Pasand measured 23.5° Brix.

But Brix is only one part of fruit quality. Variety, maturity, aroma, texture, acidity and growing conditions all contribute to the eating experience.

This mango was harvested 15 days ago and naturally ripened without artificial ripening agents. Its characteristic buttery texture and rich aroma are what make Imam Pasand special.
