Thakkar family is in organic farming since 1992, farm consists of more than 450 Mango fully grown trees, lots of Jamuns, Teaks, more than 50 varieties of herbs trees and shrubs spread over in 65 + acres. Farm has 35 Gir
cows including bulls, calves from Gir forest, Kathiawar, Gujarat. Cows graze in the farm, can select from various herbs. Fodder for cows, Para grass, Maka, Jwarie grown in farm. Farming Practice: Manure is being prepared from the Agri waste, Gomutra and Gobar of our Gir cows as directed by Shri S.A Dhabolkarji. Various Kadhas prepared from Neem, Aloevera, Karanj, Tantani, Adulsa, Rui, Sitaphal etc. & spread as a preventive. Farming is done in part of the farm and gradually expanding.
