Bagdara Farms An accidental interaction with the local villagers changed the entire prespective and set us on a new path. Our look out for the new such change is already ON.

Bagdara Farms cultivates, harvests, processes and distributes its own Medicinal Grade Turmeric for Broad Spectrum of Therapeutic Benefits covering most Chronic & Acute Health Conditions like Cancer, Asthma, Thyroid, Dementia, Viral, Infertility and so on. Bagdara Farms that lies amidst the wilderness of Bandhavgarh jungles in Katni District of Madhya Pradesh, India, was initially bought for laying the foundation of a wildlife jungle lodge, but this plan was eventually dropped out. Bagdara Farms is a journey that narrates the tale of that one major turn that ended up bringing us to the world of organic farming, along with the formation of a beautiful farming family. After seeing the deplorable condition of the villagers and local tribals living within the forest reserves, we decided to do something for them that would bring a difference in their lives. With the intention of upgrading the standards of the local villagers and tribe in our hearts, we came up with the idea of engaging the villagers and tribals in an activity that they are best at, that is farming with an aim for each to have sustainable income and good living. Today we are much ahead of where we started from and the Bagdara Farm Family is now over 50,000 people strong globally. People depend on our products for Life Threatening Chronic Diseases and with every changing life, we get motivated to start another such revolutionary effort.

Last night, a mother elephant and her little calf walked through our base and continued towards the rice fields. This morning, we followed their deep footprints across the rain-softened earth until the trail disappeared into the forest.

This is everyday life at Bagdara Farms.

The monsoon saturates the land; elephants and other wild animals move freely through it. For our crops, it is a double whammy—nature testing them from above and the forest testing them from every side.

Yet beneath this same untamed soil grows our indigenous turmeric—adapted to the landscape, strengthened by time and cultivated without separating the farm from the wild.

Our turmeric does not come from the comfort of a controlled plantation. It comes from land where every harvest must first survive Bandhavgarh.

That is why its value can never be measured by weight alone.

Some farms wake up to tractor marks. We wake up to the footprints of elephants.

A mother and her little calf visited our base last night before walking towards the rice fields. In the morning, rainwater covered much of the landscape, but the earth still remembered their journey.

This is Bagdara—where the forest does not end at our boundary because we have chosen not to create one.

The monsoon tests the land from above. Wildlife tests it from every direction. For our crops, it is a double whammy. But perhaps that is precisely why the indigenous turmeric growing beneath this soil is different. It has not been raised in comfort or manufactured for uniformity. It has survived the same living landscape that shaped it for generations.

We do not simply grow turmeric inside Bandhavgarh. We accept the full cost of growing it without pushing Bandhavgarh away.
