The idea of this business was initially formed when we (Venugopal & Chintan) were studying at the LSE. When Venugopal was studying in London he was finding it difficult to find authentic vegetarian ready to eat meals, as he is a food lover, he was disappointed with the range of authentic foods available. I saw him and many other people who were craving authentic Indian food which was quick to prep
are, and hassle free. After seeing the amount of people struggling for the original authentic Indian food, which had allowed us to find the solution. This idea really began to take off when we both had tried a variety of ready to eat Indian meals. This had led to us conducting various surveys and research into this problem, the outcome of this was with the help of drying technology which enables anyone to enjoy authentic Indian food anywhere in the world.
