The vision is to create hearty recipes with mostly simple ingredients that are generally available in most households. It is because we believe in the fact that the most simplest of recipes are often the best tasting ones. You do not always require extravagant things to create good dishes. (Obviously, there are some exceptions. :) )

ntessential dishes from Bengal. However, food is an universal language that knows no barrier, that connects people across the world irrespective of caste, creed, racial and social distinctions. So we will be happily experimenting with dishes from all over the world, across all types of cuisines. May we be a happy family of people from over the world that will hopefully keep growing!
