Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations 2. Planning and preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc. 3. Preparing oven, utensils, and grill for shift 4. Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system 5. Cooking order according to food health and safety standards 6. Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes 7. Handling multiple food orders at one time 8. Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive 10. Storing all food properly 11. Should make and use standardized recipes. Cook Requirements and Qualifications: 1. Work in a fast-paced environment 2. Prepare meals quick without compromising quality 3. Multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently 4. Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift 5. Self-motivated and disciplined 6. Should be able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders 7. Minimum 10th pass 8. Previous experience as a washer, waiter, cook, or relevant work experience (if not from management background) 9. Work late nights and weekends
