It's our anniversary cake. Vanilla sponge cake with layers of home made mango jelly, white chocolate mousse and kiwi mousse. Friends I swear the taste was really awesome. Though the frosting part was very simple.

This cake was ordered by one of my childhood friend for his son's 2nd birthday.
It's a 2 layered cake one is butterscotch and the other one is vanilla sponge. Layered with salted caramel and mango mousse with extra dollops of fresh mango puree and butterscotch chips for the crunch effect.
