Garmi ke din ho aur Kacche Aam ka ek refreshing drink na mile, toh kuch toh missing lagta hai!
Ye Mango Mint Drink sirf swadisht hi nahi, balki itna convenient hai ki ek baar syrup bana lijiye aur 30+ logon ko aasani se serve kijiye. Ghar par guests aa rahe ho, family gathering ho ya chhoti si party, ye recipe sabko pasand aayegi.
**Mango Mint Drink**
**Ingredients:**
• 1 kg mangoes
• 1 cup mint leaves
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp black salt
• 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
• 1 tbsp soaked sabja seeds
• 1 tbsp gond katira (tragacanth gum)
• Soda water as required
**For Syrup:**
• 400 ml water
• 700 g sugar/mishri
**Method:**
1. Mangoes ko thode paani ke saath boil karein jab tak soft na ho jaayein.
2. Mint leaves ko thoda paani daal kar smooth paste bana lein.
3. Mango pulp aur mint paste ko strain karke mix karein.
4. Ek kadai mein paani aur mishri/sugar se syrup bana lein.
5. Syrup boil ho jaaye toh mango-mint mixture add karke achhi tarah milayein.
6. Salt, black salt aur roasted cumin powder daal kar mix karein.
7. Chahein toh kuch drops green food colour add karein.
8. Syrup ko poori tarah thanda hone dein.
**Serve Karne Ke Liye:**
Glass mein mango mint syrup, sabja seeds, gond katira aur ice cubes daalein. Upar se chilled soda water daal kar mint leaves se garnish karein.
