This cucumber, Chaas is your summer, cooling, refreshing, and incredible light on the stomach.

Recipe

🌿 In a mixer blender, add one roughly chopped cucumber, mint, and coriander leaves, one small piece of ginger, half cup of curd, along with some basic spices, like black salt, roasted cumin powder

🌿 Make a smooth paste like of consistency, now add some water to it and blended with our Desi Rai Orbis until it gets a little fry

🌿 Make sure that it is not too thick. The consistency should be very thin or running, then only you will get the benefits of it.

🌿 Serve it with some ice cubes and enjoy

This Dahi Wali Lauki is light, hydrating, and perfect to beat the heat!

Made with cooling, lock and probiotic rich curd, it not only helps you stay refreshed, but also supports digestion during hot summer 🌿

RECIPE

🌱 Grate lauki and discard the excessive water by squeezing it

🌱 Coarsely pound ginger, garlic, and green chilli along with the basic spices like coriander powder, Haldi powder, red chilli powder, and Dhanya powder and salt as per taste use a little bit of water so that it become a thick peace type of consistency

🌱 Now add some and mustard seeds along with curry, leaves, and and also chopped onion two hot oil

🌱 when this all mixture is slightly roasted at your prepared, pounded spices, and again, cook it for a minute or so

🌱 Add the greated Lauki and again stir it over medium high flame for a minute, and this is the time where lucky gets partially cooked as it does not take more than this

🌱 Add whisk the heat or curd to this, switch off the gas and stir continuously if needed, add some water and there you go, your Dahi wali lauki is ready to enjoy
