• Cash on Delivery accepted.
• Fresh Vegetables & fruits, Bakery products, Dairy Products between 6 AM to 11 AM Morning.
• Grocery and Sweet Products will be deliver between 8.00 PM to 11.30 PM
• If the products are wrongly delivered or damaged, Will be
replaced during the next purchase.
• Once order placed will not be cancelled and nor can be return, members are liable to pay for the ordered products.

• Packing Charges as follows:
1. Order up to Rs. 300/- - Packing Charges will be Rs.5/-
2. Order or Rs. 301/- to Rs.650/- - Packing Charges will be Rs.15/-
3. Order above Rs. 650/- - Packing Charges will be Rs.25/-
• Vegetables / Fruits / Bakery / Dairy Order placed before 11.55 PM will be delivered at morning 5 AM to 11.50 AM the same day.
• Vegetables / Fruits / Bakery / Dairy Order placed after 11.55 PM will be delivered next day at 5 AM to 11.50 AM.
• Grocery / Sweets Order placed before 4 PM will be delivered at Same Day Evening 8 PM to 11.30 PM.
• Grocery / Sweets Order placed after 4 PM will be delivered at Next Day Evening 8 PM to 11.30 PM.
• Optional; Member wants to have the delivery at their available time, delivery can be possible at a charge of Rs. 150/-
• Lucky Customer for i-phone, I-pad and Samsung galaxy III through an automated lot system.
• Delivery Charges FREE.
• Products will be delivered within 24 Hours.(Subject to the availability of stocks at Mahanagar Krisi & Khadyo Nigam)

• Delivery at Single point in a City, Customers needs to come and collect from the point. Address, Contact Person, Contact Details will be put up here shortly. (Cash on Delivery Model) - Customers can pre order and their ordered product will be available for pick up from the specified point
• Products will be bubble pack wrapped and put in our wrapper
• We use courier people to door deliver the products in a safe condition
• We make genuine 3 attempts for delivery in-case of door locked
• If customer refuses to accept then repayment will not be made
