Our success lies in that smile and contentment on your face after a ‘Caramelleizing’ experience! Living in Paris, sampling and learning the techniques of pastry making there, has changed my idea of cake, pastry, bread and the culinary arts for the better. The best part about it was the range in ingredients available and the distinct aroma and flavour each one had! We share our love for food with people, for the love of food! Most pleasant things begin with a C. Cake, cotton candy, Chanel, Coca Cola, cafés , Christmas, cocoa, the source of chocolate and Chefs too! Caramelle is our cakewalk! When you think of cake, cream cheese and crackers or even a cup of coffee next time, think of us, Café Caramelle. We are open all day for breakfast ( American/English/French), morning coffee, lunch, an impulsive brunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Caramelle has always been a dream and life is not meaningful without one. Turning Caramelle into reality is living that dream as opposed to living in the dream!
