At Calcutta Cutlet Co., we believe great food begins with patience & proper technique.

Recipe ↓
• First, wash the fish thoroughly
• Season with salt, lemon, chaat masala & red chilli powder
• Add a freshly ground mix of green chillies, ginger, garlic & coriander
• Marinate well and let it rest for 30 minutes
