There has been a massive wave of viral videos and posts across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram pushing misleading "loopholes" or secret methods to get giant tax refunds.
The Reality: These are heavily targeted scams. Promoters often try to convince users to falsify forms (like claiming credits they aren't eligible for) or push them to share their personal information or tax documents with fake online "helpers."
