A series of small, hands-on workshops at Himalayan Orchard.

These are not demonstrations, but working sessions — where you learn by doing, make mistakes, adjust, and begin to understand the process from within.
We focus on slow, foundational skills: cheese-making, sourdough, fermentation (beer/wine), wine & food pairing.
Groups are intentionally small. The pace is unhurried. There is time to sit, taste, and talk.
We offer comfortable rooms to stay with us during the workshop.
