Welcome to our new series where we visit the homes and kitchens of people who love Big Bear Farms, and document the wonderful, delicious ways our preserves find their way into everyday meals, rituals, and moments.
For our first visit, we spent an afternoon with Farah Singh in her beautiful Gurgaon home. Farah has an eye for wonderful things — a corner full of curiosities, a table set with care, a flavour pairing you would not have thought of but instantly love.
Her kitchen was full of warmth, detail, and the kind of easy hospitality that makes you want to stay a little longer. We went in to hear her Big Bear Farms story, and left feeling like we could have happily spent the whole day there over copious cups of coffee and nibbles.
She took our and made it completely her own, turning it into a beautiful lemon tart — bright, buttery, generous, and full of that sharp-sweet sunshine we love so much. It was such a joy to see one of our jars become part of something so thoughtfully made. 🍋
