I have served for 24 years as former Principal of Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs), Mumbai (10yrs.) and Lucknow (14yrs.).
I had co-authored a best seller "Dastarkhwan-e-Awadh - the Cuisine of Lucknow "(Harper Collins) with Sangeeta Bhatnagar in the yr.1997 while serving at Lucknow. The book still sells after 25+ yrs. of its first publication and subsequent editions. I am former Principal of Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) in Mumbai and Lucknow. In the past I have co-authored a best seller "Dastarkhwan-e-Awadh - the Cuisine of Lucknow "(Harper Collins).
I'm excited to share that I've recently published my autobiography, and I hope it inspires others to embrace life's ups and downs. It did take a lot of effort, editing, re-editing and time to dig into the past, fish out rare pictures /documents etc.. The journey to publish this book was challenging, especially with traditional publishers, so I chose to self-publish. Finally we have a book which is a high quality read with pictures right next to the relevant text to make a deeper impact rather than having 4 - 6 pages of cluster of pictures randomly inserted in between somewhere in the book.
