Asli Aam. Asli Swad. Asli Garmi ka Jawaab. 🥭

No added flavours.
No fake sweetness.
Just real mangoes, slow-crafted into mithais that taste like summer memories.

From juicy mango bites to mango-loaded classics, this is aam in its purest, proudest form.
Because Lucknow deserves real mango season, not shortcuts.

Asli Aam — ab har bite mein.

Today’s lesson is a little kind of magic—
something we see every day, yet rarely notice.
The topic? Condensation.

Those tiny droplets on a cold glass aren’t leaks.
They’re invisible water vapour turning real,
the moment temperature changes.
Science reminding us that even the smallest shift
can reveal something beautiful.

Just like Aam Panna. 🥭❄️
When the temperature drops,
the true tang of raw mango comes alive—
cool, refreshing, unmistakably real.

Because whether it’s science or flavour,
some things aren’t just seen…
they’re felt.

Class dismissed.
Pack your bags, keep the lesson close,
and we’ll meet again in the next chapter—
where learning tastes this refreshing. 💛

HIDDEN Hanuman Setu, Lucknow

Steve Jobs came to India searching for him. Mark Zuckerberg stayed at his ashram when Facebook was falling apart. His name was Neem Karoli Baba — and one of the temples he built sits right here, on the banks of the Gomti.

But here’s what most Lucknowis miss: there are two Hanuman Setus. The famous one we all visit… and the older, hidden Prachin Sankat Mochan Hanuman Setu tucked right beside it — the original.

The story goes that the Gomti bridge kept collapsing, again and again. Baba said: build the temple first, and the bridge will stand. It did. That temple became the Hanuman Setu we know today.

This Bade Mangal, we offered prasad at the older one — the one history almost forgot.

Every Lucknowi should know both. Tag someone who’s walked past it a hundred times and never knew.

He checks if you’ve reached safely.
Reminds you to eat on time.
Still worries—no matter how grown you are. 🤍

Fathers never ask for much.
They just stay… quietly protective, endlessly caring.
For him, you’re never too old.
You’re always his responsibility, his pride.

This Father’s Day,
let’s give him something in return—
a moment of togetherness,
a taste he grew up loving,
a memory made over a shared table.

Because in Lucknow,
love is shown through food,
and gratitude through time spent together.

Celebrate Father’s Day the Chhappan Bhog way.

This Temple Planned a War

In Aliganj, Lucknow, the Purana Hanuman Mandir is known for Bada Mangal… but very few know its connection to the Revolt of 1857.

Native freedom fighters visited The Aliganj Mahavir Temple during the struggle of 1857 after defeating the British forces at the Battle of Chinhat to seek blessing of lord hanuman . The native army divided into 3 groups for 3 prolonged attacks on the English forces at Kukrail nala, Madiyaon, Iron Bridge (daliganj). In the spirit of humanity gave rise to the phrase “paani pila dena.”

And even today, during Bada Mangal, when devotion takes over the city, that same spirit of faith and strength still lives on.

This isn’t just a temple.
It’s a story of belief, bravery, and Lucknow’s timeless soul.

On this special occasion of Bada Mangal, we offered a Prasadam box of at the historical temple.
