Some days, I still can’t believe this little dream of mine turned into something that reaches so many of you.
Building a business has been emotional, exhausting and deeply personal all at once. And over time, I’ve realised that no growing business is ever perfectly automated or flawless every single day.

Behind every order, message and delivery is a real person, a real team, and so much heart.
The recent past may not have been perfect, but I’m endlessly grateful for the patience, kindness and support so many of you continue to show us while we learn, grow and evolve.

Some ingredients can’t be sourced—they’re awaited.
These figs come from my aunt’s garden, where I’ve watched them ripen year after year.

Handpicked at their peak and folded into a cake sweetened naturally with figs and dates, they bring a depth of flavour no refined sugar ever could.

Tender, caramelised, and deeply seasonal.
Available only for a short time, until this year’s harvest is gone.

I’ll be baking them in 750g & 450g, only for this week 🤍
