As is going to celebrate its 1st with you all and is bringing an amazing online cooking where you can get a chance to exhibit your culinary skills and try to bring out your hidden talent as most of us have already become Chefs in this Quarantine. The best part is that the renowned personalities of the cooking field will judge you all and we make sure that the best one wins and others get a chance to learn more as sharing leads to more learning.
There are 7 different categories and any individual can participate in one or more. Additionally there is no age or gender bar. An individual is required to make 5 min speed up video showing the steps of cooking the particular dish and a high resolution picture of the dish plus a selfie with it.
So starting up with the categories
1. PINK FOOD
This includes all the dishes which will be pink in colour. For example , dishes made from Beetroot , RoohAfza , Rose , etcetera.
2. SEASONAL
This includes all the dishes made from seasonal fruits or vegetables.
3. REGIONAL
This includes all the dishes which are regionally popular. For Example : Sarson Ka Saag , Makki ki Roti of Punjab.
4. DADI NANI SPECIAL
This includes all the dishes which are grandmother's special and have any hidden trick of preparation or ingredient.
5. TASTE OF WORLD
This includes all the drinks or dishes which have an international flavour. For example : Sushi is a Japanese cuisine.
6. 7 OR LESS INGREDIENTS
This includes all the dishes made with exactly 7 or less ingredients.
7. CHEFKALA SPECIAL
