As much as I loved the stunning views, lush surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere, I am genuinely disappointed with the overall experience considering the premium amount charged for the stay.

The room showed visible signs of poor maintenance, including damp walls, peeling paint, stained curtains, and areas that clearly needed attention. Housekeeping was not completed on time, and basic cleanliness standards were inconsistent throughout our stay.

When guests pay a premium price, they expect not just a beautiful location but also well-maintained rooms, timely service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the service and upkeep did not match the promise of the property.

The views are memorable, but the guest experience needs significant improvement. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to elevate the standards of what could otherwise be a truly exceptional destination.
