Today, I made traditional Motihari-style Tilawri without deep frying. Instead, I roasted it and used just a little avocado oil for extra crispiness and flavor. 🥑✨

The result? Crispy, delicious, and packed with authentic desi flavors while being much lighter than the traditional fried version.
