Celebrating a Small but Significant Milestone

From a single retail outlet 3.5 years ago to B2B partnerships, Swiggy/Zomato, and 26 vending machines across Mangalore, Manipal, and Udupi — our growth journey has been steady and rewarding.

For the past year, expanding to Bangalore has been on our roadmap. Turning that vision into reality takes time, planning, and resources. But it’s the small wins along the way that keep us motivated.

Recently, a wellwisher in Bangalore recommended us to Sartorius India. They were looking for a brand to provide fresh, healthier juice options for their employees as part of a corporate fitness initiative. Despite the logistical challenges of serving from Mangalore to Bangalore, a city full of choices, we saw the opportunity and sent a proposal for a trial.

We’re grateful to share that Sartorius India placed their trust in a Mangalore-based startup to serve their team and delegates.

Thank you Tie Mangaluru for your passionate leadership driving it and the entire Organizing Commitee for such a fabulous day of learnings, networking with people who matters the most.

At Joos Botal we had the privilege of doing our pitch to serious investors. Had close interactions with many of them and opportunity to get deep insights on whats right and what could go wrong.

Thanks to all who had mentored & helped us refine our pitch and Tie Mangaluru for believing in us and putting us across to the investors as one of the 6 startups from the region. The positive energy from the day is still lingering and looking forward to take it forward from here.

Privileged to pitch our brand- Joos Botal at the Emerge Silicon Beach Shark Tank by Xelevate Ventures. It was for the first time, we pitched it to serious investors. No, we didn’t raise funds, but it did raise our confidence levels.

Prior to this, our deck had undergone multiple rounds of fine tuning thanks to our mentors from Tie Mangalore ecosystem. This was yet another opportunity to refine it further, thanks to the questions from investors, focused on numbers, business model, marketing strategies, roadmap etc.

We are humbled and privileged to have won the Second place in the Best Startup presentation.
