Made the Impossible Chocolate Flan Cake, and for a first try, it turned out pretty good! 🍫✨

Also known as “Chocoflan” or the “Impossible Cake,” this beloved Mexican dessert is famous for its magical baking process, where the rich chocolate cake and silky caramel flan seemingly switch places while baking.

The result? A decadent combination of moist chocolate cake, creamy custard and sweet caramel in every bite!
