тнР Paneer Pasanda Recipe
ЁЯзА Ingredients:
For Paneer Pasanda Filling:
Paneer тАУ 250 g (cut into triangle or square slices)
Grated paneer тАУ ┬╜ cup (for stuffing)
Crushed cashews тАУ 1 tbsp
Raisins тАУ 1 tbsp
Green chilli тАУ 1 (finely chopped)
Black pepper тАУ a pinch
Salt тАУ as per taste
For Gravy:
Onion тАУ 1 (roughly chopped)
Tomatoes тАУ 2
Ginger тАУ 1 inch
Garlic тАУ 4тАУ5 cloves
Green chilli тАУ 1
Cashews тАУ 10тАУ12
Melon seeds (optional) тАУ 1 tbsp
Fresh cream тАУ 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup тАУ 1 tbsp (optional but gives nice taste)
Kasuri methi тАУ 1 tsp
Haldi тАУ ┬╜ tsp
Red chilli powder тАУ 1 tsp
Coriander powder тАУ 1 tsp
Garam masala тАУ ┬╜ tsp
Butter + Oil тАУ 1 tbsp each
Salt тАУ as per taste
ЁЯСйтАНЁЯН│ Method:
1я╕ПтГг Prepare Stuffed Paneer:
Mix grated paneer, cashew, raisins, green chilli, salt and black pepper.
Take paneer pieces, make a slit, fill the mixture.
Lightly shallow fry paneer stuffed pieces in oil + butter until golden. Keep aside.
2я╕ПтГг Prepare Gravy:
Boil or saut├й onion, tomatoes, cashews, melon seeds, ginger, garlic and green chilli.
Blend into smooth paste.
Heat butter + oil in a pan.
Add haldi, red chilli, coriander powder тАФ saut├й.
Add puree, salt and cook till oil separates.
Add cream, garam masala, kasuri methi & ketchup тАФ mix well.
Adjust thickness with little water.

Add stuffed paneer into gravy and cook 2тАУ3 minutes on low flame.

Fresh cream + chopped coriander + crushed kasuri methi

Serve hot with naan, paratha, tandoori roti or jeera rice
