Did you know Cabernet Sauvignon was born from a natural crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc?

Today, it is grown all over the world, and the same grape can taste very different depending on where it is grown.

A ripe, Mediterranean style of Cabernet, with generous fruit and a warm, rounded character.

Red berries, cocoa and walnut, with a smooth, full palate and fine structure. Its character is shaped by Collio’s distinctive “ponca” soils.

A legend from Benevento, now in India.

Strega Liqueur is an iconic Italian herbal liqueur named after the legendary streghe, the witches of Benevento.

Crafted from a closely guarded recipe of around 70 herbs and spices, Strega brings together distinctive botanicals including saffron, Ceylon cinnamon, Florentine iris, Apennine juniper and rare Samnite mint native to Benevento.

Its signature golden colour comes naturally from saffron, while maturation in ash wood casks allows the botanicals to harmonise into a remarkably rich, balanced and bittersweet Italian liqueur.

Masciarelli trains its vines in one direction. Here’s why.

The vines are trained exclusively using the Single Guyot method - along a single wire, in one direction.

As Anmol explains, this puts more stress on the vines, resulting in more concentrated fruit and more intense flavour.
