Cabbage and buttermilk veggie
1)Take one cabbage and shred it put 1TBS oil in pan add mustard seeds pinch of hing 1/2 tsp haldi add cabbage in it with salt to taste and saute for 5mins
2)take one cup curd add 4 spoons of besan salt to taste and mix well
3)take a frying pan put curd and besan in it and add 1glass of water bring it to boil
4)once curd and besan mix starts boiling add cabbage in it and cook for 5mins
5)Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy this delicious veggie with chapati or rice.

Red cabbage tikkis
1)take one small size red cabbage and grate it add one katori left over rice and one big size grated potato in it and mix it well
2)in a pan add 1tsp oil add one medium size onion and saute for 2minutes then add mixture of cabbage in it keep flame on low
3)cook for 2minutes add 3TBSP rice flour in it,salt to taste,one chopped green chilli,1/4red chill flakes,1/4amchoor powder,1/4 black pepper powder and some corriander leaves and mix everything well and cook for another 2minutes and remove from gas.
4)let the mixture cool down
5)you can either shallow fry or deep fry tikki and enjoy with chutney or sauce.

Sundays are incomplete without Pav Bhaji💛

1)in 1tbsp oil put 4 garlic cloves and two green chillies then put 3 Chopped onions and saute
2)add 4 TSP pav bhaji masala in onions,some grated cheese and then add 200gms boiled peas,4boiled potato and 3boiled Tomatoes
3) add one glass of water,some lemon juice,some butter and salt to taste and let bhaji cook for ten minutes on slow flame
4)enjoy bhaji with pav and onion.

1)take one doodhi peel it and cut it in to pieces
And wash it properly
2)in cooker put 1tsp oil in that put 1/2 TSP jeera let it it crackle then put 2 finely chopped onion and green chilli saute for few minutes and then put 2 finely chopped tomatoes and add salt to taste and make masala
3)In masala add 2tbsp besan and put 1/4 katori water and cook masala for 2minutes
4)add cut doodhi in masala...1/2 TSP red chilli powder...1)2 TSP turmeric powder...1/4 garam masala and one and half glass water in it then give 6 whistles to doodhi
5)then put half lemon and some kasoori methi on doodhi
6)serve with prantha and onion tomato chutney.

Panner parantha and cabbage parantha
1)take 250 GM's panner grate it put one chopped onion,1/2 TSP red chilli flakes,1/4 TSP amchoor powder, Salt to taste and one one chopped green chilli mix all ingredients
2)make paranthas and enjoy
3)take 200 GM's cabbage finely chop them in thin pieces
4)take 1/2 TSP oil put 1/2 TSP Rai,few chana dal,1/2 TSP haldi powder,1/2tsp red chilli
powder,cut cabbage,one chopped green chilli and salt to taste and saute for 5mins on medium flame then put corriander leaves on it
4)once stuffing is cold make pranthas of it and enjoy with curd.

Doodhi parantha

1) grate one medium size doodhi( bottle Gourd)
2)add 1/2 TSP red chilli powder....1/4 TSP amchoor powder...salt to taste and 2 cup wheat flour in grated doodhi and some corriander leaves
3)knead the dough and add water if needed( as doodhi also has water in it)
4) once dough is ready put few drops of oil and knead the dough once again and make paranthas
5) relish them with curd..pickle and green chilli
