It's a widespread myth that carbs are unhealthy and shouldn't be included in your diet if you want to lose weight, but guess what?
That is untrue.
Not all carbohydrates are harmful; in fact, some of them are excellent for you and will help you lose weight.
Whole grains, bananas, and sweet potatoes are regarded as ideal sources of carbohydrates because they contain vitamins, minerals, and dietary fibre that can help maintain a happy gut. Contrarily, processed or refined carbohydrates like white pasta, sweetened beverages, and pastries have little to no nutritious benefit and therefore to be avoided altogether.
