That is untrue.

Not all carbohydrates are harmful; in fact, some of them are excellent for you and will help you lose weight.

Whole grains, bananas, and sweet potatoes are regarded as ideal sources of carbohydrates because they contain vitamins, minerals, and dietary fibre that can help maintain a happy gut.
