Before the food ever reaches your table, this is what it looks like — jaggery melting for Mitho Lolo, methi being kneaded into thepla, Sai Bhaji simmering slow, and a whole lot of love in between 🌿
This Thadri, we cook the way we were taught — a day ahead, with patience, with tradition, and with the same hands that have made it for years.
And what’s Thadri without a little Ho Jamalo playing in the background? 💃 Some things just aren’t complete without it.
