This weekend we bring you "Ratatouille" - Ratatouille is a well-known vegetable stew hailing from Provence, a region in France. This Baked dish contains eggplant, tomatoes, yellow & Green zucchini, garlic and onion red gravy with herbs, all cooked slowly in olive oil.
