Creamy Upma with Mushrooms glaze in garlic butter white wine.

1 table spoon olive oil
1 chopped Green chillie / chopped opinion.
Half tablespoon - jeera, mustard seeds.
Curry leaves - As per your taste.
Season it well with salt, lemon juice & little sugar.
Add Rava ( semolina )- as per your making.
Add coconut milk with three times the ratio of Rava to make a paste or runny.
Stir well and add chopped Coriander.

Mushroom - Topping
Olive oil and butter in a pan
Add chopped garlic at least 8 to 10 - with half chopped onion.
Let it get Brown
Add your Mushroom and saute it on high flame.
Once you get the burnt aroma add a little white wine and serve it hot on top of Upma.
Salt and Black pepper as per your taste.

Optional 👇🏽
You can also add chilli flakes and oregano on mushroom.
White cream can also be done as an optional for little creamy texture.
