We’re more than just a catering company.
In a city like Mumbai, where birthday parties are everywhere, we chose to build something different. We chose to cater to children.
Not because it was the profitable path, but because we remembered exactly what it felt like to be parents ourselves.
When our children were little, all we wanted was someone who understood. Someone who would happily tweak a menu, make food healthier, accommodate allergies, create fun without compromising on quality, and care about the little details as much as we did.
But that person didn’t exist.
Instead, we were handed long lists of caterers through event planners and birthday organisers—usually partners or collaborators—without anyone truly understanding what parents were looking for.
So we became the recommendation we wished we had.
Every menu we create starts with one simple question:
“If this were our child’s party, what would we want?”
That question shapes everything—from the ingredients we choose to the way we present the food, the way we accommodate special requests, and the little touches that make children light up.
Because at Chatter Platter, we’re not just serving food.
We’re helping parents create the kind of birthday memories they dream about for their little ones.
I know we touched some mum and dad’s hearts along the way.. I just hope it’s your little one too who will one day grow up and say I do remember my fifth bday party and loved that paw patrol cookies made of me or the little olive idlis in our dolce la vita theme..
