Every January since 1985, my beloved husband would give me a diary. I used it to scribble tips, write recipes and note creative ideas. I remember how I used to innovate recipes and try to make them as guilt free and flavorful as possible. I have spent years experimenting, reading and learning techniques to make conscious food recipes. Living in a home full of food lovers, always agonizing over tha
t extra pinch of flavor or that secret sauce, also drove me to perfection. Using these memories, creations and a passion to innovate, I have embarked on an undeterred mission to promote innovative guilt free food solutions for you. As part of that effort, my first endeavor is to impart knowledge through themed cooking classes followed by much more. Hope you are excited to know about my journey towards redefining food.
