About the Role
M/s MRB INDIA is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments for smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage complete accounting operations using Tally & MS Excel
🔹 Maintain Sales, Purchase, Journal, Receipt & Payment Entries
🔹 GST, TDS, Income Tax & Statutory Compliance Management
🔹 Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation & Customer Ledger Reconciliation
🔹 Preparation and Finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account & Financial Statements
🔹 Monthly MIS Reports, Cash Flow Statements & Management Reporting
🔹 Accounts Receivable & Payable Management
🔹 Client Payment Follow-ups and Collection Monitoring
🔹 Vendor Payment Planning & Fund Management
🔹 Inventory Accounting & Stock Reconciliation
🔹 Coordination with CA, Auditors, Banks & Government Authorities
🔹 Handling Internal & External Audits
🔹 Budgeting, Cost Analysis & Financial Planning Support
🔹 Monitoring Credit Control and Outstanding Receivables
🔹 Payroll Accounting & Employee Reimbursement Processing
🔹 Maintaining Proper Documentation and Financial Records
🔹 Assisting Management in Business Decision-Making through Financial Analysis
🔹 Ensuring Smooth Day-to-Day Accounting and Administrative Operations
🔹 Process Improvement, Automation & Internal Control Implementation

Experience
📈 3–4 Years of Relevant Experience
Preferred Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of Tally Prime & Advanced MS Excel
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
