A customer called our bagels "stale and oily."

And I'm not angry — I'm a little sad. Because it told me something bigger than one review. 👇
We've eaten packaged bread for so long that we've forgotten what fresh actually is. Real bread is soft, warm, a little chewy, and gone in two days — because there's nothing in it to make it last.

Six years in, and the messages still hit the same — the Sunday-morning pineapple cake that "changed the world one cake at a time," the tiramisu someone refused to share, the sourdough that's gentle even on in-laws' teeth, and one very happy 4-year-old named Shay.

Every single one of these?
100% eggfree. Because "looks amazing AND tastes delicious" isn't a happy accident here — it's the whole point.

Founder's guilt is real. 🙈

When JusBaked was just me baking for friends and family, this would've taken a day. Now everything runs in sequence — orders first, favours later.

Founder Talks 🎙️
Can we talk about how exhausting trends have become?
Every day there's a new audio. A new hook. A new format. A new trend you're apparently supposed to jump on.
And while you're busy running a business, managing a team, creating products, handling customers, and putting out fires... you're also expected to be a full-time content creator. 😅
Then my daughter walked in and said: "Mom, just make a trending dot cake!"
Maybe she's onto something. 😂
Sometimes the simplest answer is to stop chasing every trend and focus on creating things people actually love.
